In addition, when you enroll to receive Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) payments from Cigna, you can access your direct deposit advices (DDAs) online.

• If you receive payments via EFT, you’ll receive the direct deposit advices right away, so that you can reconcile payments without delay.
• Online reports reduce the amount of paper used, which helps the environment.

Want to access online reports?

If you have been assigned access to the reports, log in to CignaforHCP.com > Reports. You can also access an online claim payment report for a specific claim on any claim detail page.
If you have not been assigned access to the reports, speak to the person in your office that is the website access manager for the CignaforHCP.com website. He or she can assign you access.

Deposit Amount and/or Deposit Date	Obtain a list of electronic funds transfer (EFT) payments	Search for specific deposit amount or deposits made within a specific date range (deposit amount searches will be +/- $50)
Patient Information	Obtain a list of claims for a specific patient	Choose what patient information to search by: Patient ID and Date of Birth Patient ID and Name Patient Date of Birth and Name
Claim/Referral Number	Obtain the details of a particular claim	Enter the Cigna-assigned claim or referral number located on your EOP or DDA
