Cigna Traditional is an indemnity-style plan that allows patients to visit any licensed dentist or specialist they choose, whenever treatment is needed.

Most preventive and diagnostic services are covered. The patient is reimbursed for all or part of the cost of covered procedures up to the plan’s annual dollar maximum after meeting the deductible and satisfying any waiting periods.
