Provider Services Center

Cigna Behavioral Health's dedicated call center is available to assist practitioners and facilities providing treatment to our customers. The call center is comprised of Provider Advocates located in our National Care Center in Eden Prairie MN. This team has access to customer information and can be utilized as your first point of contact when requesting information about Cigna Behavioral Health and the customers we serve. The following are various ways the Provider Advocates can assist you:

  • Verifying customer eligibility, benefit structure, financial responsibility and claims address
  • Managing and resolving all claim concerns, including escalated issues
  • Guidance in requesting pre- or post-authorization for services
  • Assistance in reaching an assigned Care Manager for concurrent reviews
  • Providing information on Cigna Behavioral Health's appeal process
  • Verifying contract status
