In April 2019, we began asking customers about their experience with providers after an office or preventive care visit. Patient reviews were initially available on CHCP for both network and non-network participating providers in select specialties.
Due to the success of the initial launch, patient reviews functionality will launch for all U.S. network- and non-network participating providers (except behavioral) starting on February 26, 2021.
What reviews our customers see
When customers search our online provider directories and select a provider's profile, they can click the Reviews tab to view the recommendation rate, patients' comments, and the provider's responses.
We plan on displaying behavioral provider reviews on CHCP starting on April 1, 2021.
