Website access managers

Each group registered on the Cigna for Health Care Professionals website (CignaforHCP.com) is required to assign at least one, and up to 15, user(s) as the website access
manager(s). The website access manager at each practice manages how providers within the group register for and obtain the appropriate level of access to the website.

Website access managers have three key responsibilities:

  1. Obtain access and approve new users in your group for CignaforHCP.com.
  2. Assign or modify the website functions to which users in your group have access.
  3. Remove access for users in your group who no longer need it.

Please note: Cigna does not need to approve new users.

Three ways to join the audio portion of the webinar:

Option 1 - When you link to the webinar, "Call me" will appear in a window. If you have a direct outside phone line, you can click this option. You'll receive a phone call linking you to the audio portion.

Option 2 - Call 1.866.205.5379. When prompted, enter the corresponding Meeting Number shown above. When asked to enter an attendee ID, press #.

Option 3 - Call in using your computer.
