The iAM Self-Service User Guides are resources to assist managers navigate and efficiently use the self-service functionality available on the iAM web-site.

iAM Self-Service User Guide for Managers provides information for managers and/or HR staff to access employee level leave-related information, check the status of a leave or time used, complete activities such as request a new leave, etc.
iAM Operational Reporting User Guide provides information on iAM standard operational reports and capabilities that enable managers to create an Ad Hoc report and/or a report subscription by selecting the parameters (dates, locations, leave types, etc.) that will deliver the right information at the right time.
iAM Administrator User Guide is designed to provide company administrators (only) an understanding of iAM system flexibility and how to expand and change managers’ visibility to employee leave-related information, e.g. on reports, search for employee, etc.
iAM Leave Management Report Guide provides managers with current month summary and historical trending information to understand leave trends within their organization.
