The Cigna for Health Care Professionals website (CignaforHCP.com) is now the only website you need to perform tasks for your patients with behavioral benefit plans or Employee Assistance Programs administered by Cigna. You can now use the site to verify eligibility and benefits, check the status of a claim, and look up remittances. Also, you can enroll in electronic fund transfer via the site, as well as manage your preferences.

• A dashboard to help you access all of your tools from a personalized "home page"
• The ability to "flag" patient and claim information which allows you to save and quickly retrieve it from your dashboard

• Demographic information can be updated by clicking on “Working With Cigna” and then Update Provider Information. These changes will take up to three (3) business days to complete an auto-save feature that saves your work so it's available the next time you log in
